The founder and owner of Indus Pacific Law Office, Law Corporation has more than fifteen years of experience working as an attorney overseas and in California. After admission to the State Bar of Californian in 2017, he worked with different organizations and law offices on a range of cases including Immigration, Criminal and Family Law. Sajjad Hussain, Esq. is admitted to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, Central District of California and Southern District of California. He has experience representing clients before the State & Federal Courts, USCIS, the Board of Immigration Appeals and the Court of Appeals.
Being a first-generation immigrant himself, he has gone through the exhausting process and the agony of being away from the family while waiting for the decision on the immigration petition. This helps us understand the hardship and anxiety of the immigrant petitioners and their family members. We are motivated with the desire to help the families unite and stay together.
